Aulds Delicious Desserts has put two puddings together to create its newest product, Fruit Fusion.

The dessert - a combination of a gateau and cheesecake - uses sticky toffee pudding sponge with a layer of orange-infused cheese-cake and cranberry pieces, sprinkled with fruits, including cranberries, cherries and sultanas.

Aulds plans four more desserts later this year: Rhubarb Custard Tart with Courvoisier, Chocolate and Chilli Truffle Torte Millionaire’s Cheesecake and Mandarin and Ginger Cheesecake.
