Last weekend saw the 126th Annual General Meeting of the National Association of Master Bakers take place.
The association, which has now changed its name to the Craft Bakers Association, launched a new-look conference at the event which featured talks and demonstrations over the course of the weekend by the likes of Ireks, California Raisins and BFP Wholesale.
