British Baker is pleased to announce another new category for the Baking Industry Awards 2009. The Artisanal Bread Award will be sponsored by Morrisons and is open to all kinds of businesses, from small artisan bakeries to larger more automated producers that manage to incorporate artisanal methods.
The product-focused award aims to highlight quality and originality in new product development of breads, which are faithful to traditional methods.
