SIAB, the Italian bakery show (Salon International of Arte Bianca), takes place in Verona from 22-26 May. For the first time, the show will dedicate a complete hall to pastry and is launching a specialist area dedicated to packaging, marketing and distribution.
A new Techno-bake Forum will comprise a full-scale workshop of new ideas and contents for larger bakeries concerned with automation.
The last SIAB attracted 400 exhibitors to the 50,000sq m show with over 50,000 visitors from 83 countries, said the organisers.
