Geordie Bakers had been bought out of administration, by newly formed company Minhoco 21.
The Newcastle-based craft baker had recently moved to a larger site, following a new contract gain.

Administrators from Pitman Cohen Recoveries LLP were called into advise the business.
Minhoco 21 was established in April this year by the founders of fellow Newcastle business The New Zealand Gourmet Pie Company.
