Tiptree World Bread Awards, in association with Brook Food, is seeking bakers for the 2017 competition.
In September, judges will gather at Cathedral Hall, Westminster Cathedral, London, to scrutinise your loaves.
The judges:
George Fuller, president of the Craft Bakers’ Association (CBA)
Hugh Weeks, technical consultant to the baking industry
Andrew Whitley, founder of The Village Bakery and co-founder of the Real Bread Campaign (RBC)
Chairman, Stephen Hallam, master baker, managing director of Dickinson & Morris
Also on hand to help judge will be The Great British Bake Off’s Paul Jagger, Chetna Makan, Luis Troyano, Frances Quinn, Kimberley Wilson and Martha Collison, as well as Lisa Marley, pastry chef, Sarah Sibley, baking writer and blogger, and Britt Whyatt, multi-award winning baking blogger.
Last year’s winner was Agnes Gabriel-Damaz of Gradz Bakery, London, for her Spirulina & Pumpkin Seed Bread.
Entries will close on 6 September.
