ADM Cocoa has introduced two new varieties to its chocolate decorations range.
The new chocolate marbled buttons and layered chocolate chunks join the firm’s deZaan range and have been developed to be used as decorations or inclusions. The buttons are available in 1cm, 2cm and 3cm pieces to suit a number of applications. Varieties include milk and white chocolate, a fruity blend of strawberry and white chocolate, or extra dark chocolate blended with white chocolate.
ADM’s chocolate chunks consist of two layers of dark and white chocolate, while the 25mm x 25mm ’mega’ chunks can be used in creating muffins and cookies.
ADM’s deZaan range includes Belgian chocolate, cocoa powder, cocoa liquor and cocoa butter and chocolate flavoured coatings.
