Last week, we asked baking enthusiasts to send British Baker pictures of cupcake selfies to celebrate the eighth year of National Cupcake Week.

In what was a week of excitement for bakers around the country, the seven-day event took social media by storm sitting in second place in the trend chart on Twitter.

We received a number of selfies showing off people’s cupcake creations on Facebook and Twitter and we would like to thank you for your contribution to National Cupcake Week.
