Pidy UK has added a 4cm gluten-free neutral tartelette to its range to meet increased demand for free-from options.
The bite-sized tartelette is designed for both savoury and sweet fillings and features a thin pastry and straight sides.
Pidy said the new product offered versatility for chefs and plenty of opportunities across the foodservice sector.
“As an extension to our existing range of gluten-free products, caterers can be confident in offering a host of delicious dishes across each element of their menu,” said Pidy UK national account manager Fabien Levet.
“Our gluten-free pastry has such a fantastic taste, texture and an authentic, rustic look; it can easily be used for all diners, with or without gluten intolerances.”
