Rhythm108 has secured listings for its gluten-free, vegan Ooh-La-La biscuit range with Costa Coffee.
The organic Tea Biscuits range comprises single-serve packs in two variants – Chocolate Hazelnut and Lemon & Ginger. Both are made with gluten-free oat flour, coconut flower sugar and coconut oil, with the addition of hazelnuts and cacao for the chocolate biscuits and almonds, lemon zest, lemon oil and ginger for the others.
“Our biscuits are proudly wholesome and only contain up to eight simple ingredients, all of which you can find in your own kitchen cupboard,” said a spokesperson for the brand. “Our master patissiers in Switzerland used their expertise to maximise taste and have successfully created our nutritionally balanced Tea Biscuits, which contain less than 128Kcal and 4.6g of sugar per pack.”
Rhythm108 was established in 2015. Alongside biscuits, its range includes dessert bars in flavours including apple pie, banana muffin and choco-walnut brownie.
The brand recently teamed up with packaging manufacturer Parkside to develop packaging manufactured with a substrate eucalyptus tree.
