Award-winning Dorset-based baker Mark Bennett is to run a patisserie course in May, following the success of Bakery Excellent, and Bake French last year.
The Professional Patisserie course will take place on 5 May at Brook Food Processing Equipment’s test bakery in Somerset. Participants will learn the skills and techniques required to product high end products, retail-ready in a commercial environment.
Hands-on demonstrations from Bennett and his team will include the production of millefeuille, chocolate marquise, lemon meringue tarte, chocolate & raspberry tarte, caramelised honeycomb choux buns, and Schwarzwalder kirschtorte.
