Byron Bay has launched a new limited-edition festive cookie as well as a range of biscuits specifically targeted at the hospitality industry.
Butterbursts, available in citrus, choc hazelnut and passionfruit varieties, have been launched under the Byron Bay Bakehouse brand in a twin-pack format for the hotel and catering industries. "It has taken over 12 months of research and development to perfect this range of biscuits, to meet the price points that are expected for the hospitality industry, while making sure that we don’t compromise on taste," commented Paul Maxwell. They are sold in cases of 75g x 40g twin-packs.
For the winter months, the firm has also launched a limited-edition white chocolate chunk and cranberry cookie.
