Dawn Foods has added a range of add water-only mixes to its Baker’s Select line.

The branded range features chocolate, coffee, vanilla, farmhouse, toffee indulgence (with real toffee pieces) and orange, strawberry and lemon varieties with real fruit pieces.

The Baker’s Select range of premixes has been designed for those wanting an easy-to-use product, that offers the flexibility to produce extensive ranges. The range contains no hydrogenated fats and is nut-free.
