Ireks, the German baking ingredients manufacturer has appointed a new UK national sales manager.
Lee Pugh joins Ireks with a wealth of experience in the sector – having previously developed a range of successful products for international bakery companies. He said: “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work with Ireks and help establish us as one of the key players in what will become a buoyant sector over the coming years. There are clearly many opportunities to develop.”
The UK national sales manager was appointed by Maurice van Tongeren, Ireks head of sales international, who added: “Pughs experience is invaluable. We have seen positive results in the UK market over recent years, but now, with Lee’s appointment, we are strengthening our existing team and introducing new products and ranges that will build on this success still further”.
Pugh will be based in south Wales with responsibilities for managing the Ireks technical sales team across the UK.
