On Wednesday 5 September British Baker revealed the 10 companies and individuals to be honoured with a Baking Industry Award 2018.

Among the winners was Alan Jones from Village Bakery, who received the Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry Award, as well as Paul Rhodes who was crowned Baker of the Year. For the full list of winners, and more information on their winning entries, click here.
