The finalists in the esteemed Baking Industry Awards 2022 are set to be revealed the week commencing Monday 8 August.
Like last year, we’re revealing the finalists over the course of a week and offering you a closer look at the 39 people, products and businesses shortlisted in 13 categories including Craft Bakery Business Award, Online Bakery Business of the Year and Bakery Retailer of the Year.
“Our expert judges and sponsors have spent the past few months travelling across Britain to undertake interviews, visits and tastings to whittle down the impressive array of entries to find the very best of the best in each category,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
“We hope you’ll join us in congratulating them on this fantastic achievement and join us on what will be a spectacular celebratory night on Thursday 20 October when we crown the winners.”
The winners, including the recipient of Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry, will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster in London.
