There’s just a few more days until British Baker reveals the finalists for the Baking Industry Awards 2026.
Kicking off from midday on Monday 7 September, we will be revealing the shortlisted entries for each of the categories over the course of the week.
“We’ve completed our site visits, conducted in-depth interviews, and sampled amazing baked creations, all in search of the best people, products, and businesses the baking industry has to offer,” commented British Baker editor Amy North.
“What has blown us away is the quality shown across the board. The talent was so evident, and our panels of expert judges really had their work cut out deciding on who would be named as finalists this year,” North added. “I look forward to joining everyone in celebration of the achievements at our awards ceremony in London this November.”

Thursday 10 September
- New Bakery Product of the Year – sponsored by Baker & Baker
- Team of the Year – sponsored by Coperion
Friday 11 September
- Bakery Brand of the Year – sponsored by Craggs & Co
- Rising Star Award – sponsored by Rademaker
- Sustainability Initiative of the Year – sponsored by Macphie
Winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Wednesday 25 November. The event, hosted by a yet-to-be-revealed celebrity, will also feature a presentation for the Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry, sponsored by Délifrance.

Tickets are now on sale for the awards and available via the Baking Industry Awards website. Individual tickets cost £375+VAT and a table of 10 costs £3,499+VAT.
The event includes a glitzy drinks reception, a three-course dinner with wine and coffee, and an afterparty complete with snacks and entertainment to keep you celebrating into the small hours.
