British Baker is pleased to announce that the finalists in the Baking Industry Awards 2021 are due to be announced the week commencing Monday 9 August.
We’re doing things a bit different this year by revealing the finalists over the course of a week and offering you a closer look at the 39 people, products, and businesses shortlisted in the remaining 13 categories including Baker of the Year, Craft Bakery Business Award and Team of the Year.
The shortlist for Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry has already been announced and readers are invited to vote in an online poll, which will count for 50% of the overall score.
“After weeks of thorough adjudication, interviews and visits, our expert judges and sponsors have whittled down all of the fantastic entries we received to find the best of the best and we can’t wait to share them with you,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
“We hope you’ll congratulate them on this fantastic achievement and join us on what will be a spectacular celebratory night of Thursday 21 October when we crown the winners.”
The winners will be announced at the magical Baking Industry Awards ceremony which takes place at the Royal Lancaster in London.
