Food-to-go retailer Itsu has launched a new breakfast range with an Asian twist.
The range includes fluffy steamed bao buns, which are served with a choice of four fillings:
- Benedict: a poached egg, spinach, ham hock and miso hollandaise
- Florentine: a poached egg, spinach and miso hollandaise
- Avo & seeds: a poached egg, miso hollandaise, spinach, avocado and pumpkin seeds
- Itsu’Beans: a poached egg, miso hollandaise, spinach and spicy beans
Aimed at commuters, the range is available until 10am at major travel hubs, including London Victoria station, Bicester, Euston, Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and Stansted Airport.
