US doughnut retailer Dunkin’ Donuts plans to open two more outlets in Chelmsford and Cambridge, it has confirmed.
The news comes as the company officially launches its first UK outlet at 51 St Anns Road, Harrow, north London today.
The store’s specially tailored UK menu includes sausage butties, bacon butties, porridge and hot Croistrami sandwiches. Items from its DDSMART line-up have also been added, such as Latte Lite, Egg & Cheese Wake Up Wraps, as well as yogurt and multi-seed bagels.
The chain will also provide hot drinks, such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate and tea.
Commenting on the expansion, Jim Johnstone, general manager, said: “Our new restaurant in Harrow will offer a delicious range of high-quality beverages, sandwiches and baked goods, served all-day and at a great value.
“We look forward to opening more restaurants in the months ahead across north and east London with our incredible franchisees, as well as two upcoming locations in Chelmsford and Cambridge.”
The store is currently open from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8am to 6pm on Sunday.
