Gourmet doughnut specialist Krispy Kreme has launched two cheesecake varieties for summer along with a picnic hamper offer.
The Salted Caramel Cheesecake is dipped in cheesecake icing before being topped with crunchy biscuit, salted caramel pieces and finished with a salted caramel drizzle. The soft filling comprises a smooth salted caramel with vanilla cheesecake.
The company has also launched a Luscious Lemon Cheesecake, which is dipped in sweet cheesecake icing and packed with a lemon and cheesecake filling. It is then topped with crunchy biscuit, lemon sugar and a tangy lemon drizzle.
It can also offer three Kreme Shakes across three flavours, including chocolate and cream with flake pieces and strawberry with strawberry and shortbread pieces.
The cheesecake doughnut range is available at all Krispy Kreme stores and in-store cabinets from £1.90. Milkshakes cost £3.25.
Meanwhile, to celebrate al fresco dining, Krispy Kreme has created the limited-edition Krispy Kreme Doughnut Hamper. It comes complete with two assorted dozens, two limited-edition Krispy Kreme-branded sunglasses and a frisbee – “because no outdoor activity is complete without games and activities for everyone”.
The hampers are available through the firm’s click-and-collect service and a cheesecake doughnut is promised within the assortment.
