The Foodamentalists’ pie range will be stocked in Selfridges, London.

The retailer’s food hall will add the brand’s gluten- and wheat-free pies to its range early next month.

Stevan Taylor, managing director of The Foodamentalists, said: “This is such big news for us. We’ve already had fantastic feedback from Selfridges on our premium-quality pies and cannot wait to start supplying them.

“We’re confident that Selfridges’ free-from customers in the capital will enjoy our luxury pies. We’ve developed the range to offer a variety and something that little bit different to a standard pie.”

Launched in 2008, the range includes a fidget pie, a homity pie, a pork pie, and a pork, black pudding and caramelised red onion pie.

All of the pies are free from gluten, wheat and soya. All except the homity pie are also free from dairy.

As with all the brand’s products, the pies contain no additives, preservatives, artificial colourings or flavourings, and are made with ingredients sourced locally within Cheshire.

Stevan Taylor will be in Selfridges’ food hall to launch the luxury pie range on Tuesday 3 September.

Over the last five years The Foodamentalists range has broadened. Taylor now produces a range of award-winning baking mixes: a bread mix, a shortcrust pastry mix, a tortilla mix, a Yorkshire pudding mix, a crumpet mix and a doughnut mix. They are all gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and soya-free, and some are also egg-free.
