Ingredients supplier Puratos has appointed Vera Malhotra as marketing director.
Malhotra has previously worked for food and bakery brands, including CSM Bakery Solutions, Délifrance UK and BRF Europe. She has a wealth of FMCG, bakery, foodservice and market analytics experience, Puratos said.
In her new role as marketing director, Malhotra will take control of the strategic direction of all marketing activities across the Puratos UK business, creating and implementing the marketing strategy in line with its vision. This includes the global Taste Tomorrow report and the role of Puratos’ Sensory Ambassador, as well as leading the internal Sensory Expert Panel.
“I am delighted to be joining Puratos UK and look forward to working with the team to grow our business in line with our global mission and vision,” said Malhotra.
