Next month HRH Prince Edward will officially open The Chocolate & Pastry School, run by Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks.
The Chocolate and Pastry School at Cocoa Black, the brainchild of World Chocolate Master Ruth Hinks, will be opened by HRH Prince Edward on 5 July.
The school, which is in Peebles, near Edinburgh, will be part of the multi-award-winning chocolatier and patisserie, Cocoa Black, which Hinks was excited to complete in April of this year.
