Baker and William Reed Business Media, was Alex Gooch from Alex Gooch Artisan Baker in Powys, who came away with the coveted Baker of the Year title, sponsored by Brook Food Processing Equipment.
Other winners included Sainsbury’s, which scooped the award for In-store Bakery Retailer of the Year, sponsored by Zeelandia, for the second year running.
