Jus-Rol takes down fat in professional pastry offer
Jus-Rol Professional has launched its first reduced-fat ready-made pastry range as a healthier alternative. The range features 30% less fat than the firm’s existing products and is available in 1.5kg blocks of puff and shortcrust, suitable for creating sweet and savoury baked goods.
