Union concerned by M&S plan to impose contracts

Marks & Spencer is to impose new contract terms if staff do not sign up to pay and pension changes designed to offset the recent increase in the National Living Wage. Shopworkers’ union Usdaw has urged the retailer to ‘engage’ with them ahead of the announcement.
