There’s now two more weeks to enter the Baking Industry Awards 2026.
Due to the volume of entries still coming in, British Baker has moved the deadline to Monday 1 June to ensure everyone has time to submit their entries and celebrate their achievements.
This gives you even more time to tell us why you, your products, or your business are among the very best the baking industry has to offer. Entries are welcome from firms of all sizes, from major manufacturers to craft bakeries and everyone in between, including equipment and ingredient suppliers. If you’re part of this fabulous industry, we want to hear from you!
There are 15 categories to choose from, including the brand-new Bakery Leader of the Year, as well as Bakery Retailer of the Year, Online Bakery Business of the Year, Rising Star Award, and Speciality Bread Product of the Year (see full list below).
Following their sell-out success in 2025 which saw 600 people attend, the Baking Industry Awards have a new date and location this year. The black-tie celebration will now take place on Wednesday 25 November at the newly refurbished London Hilton on Park Lane.
“The Baking Industry Awards continue to shine a spotlight on the exceptional talent, innovation and resilience across our sector. In 2026, it’s more important than ever to recognise the individuals and businesses raising the bar,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
“Whether you’re an independent craft baker, a thriving manufacturer, out of home operator, exemplary retailer, or supplier, these awards are your chance to showcase success and inspire the wider industry. I would encourage everyone to take the time to enter. The process offers a chance to reflect on your achievements so far, and being named a finalist and attending the glamourous event opens up a plethora of opportunities.”
Previous winners and finalists have benefitted from lucrative press coverage on British Baker as well as national and local media outlets, increased sales, industry-wide recognition, job offers, and a massive morale boost for staff.
