Does your bakery deserve recognition? Are your products a step above the rest? Perhaps there’s someone in your business who deserves their moment in the spotlight? Then be sure to enter the Baking Industry Awards 2026.
Now in its 39th year, the awards recognise talent, innovation, and dedication as it celebrates the best people, products, and businesses the industry has to offer.
Entries are welcome from firms of all sizes – from major manufacturers to craft bakeries, bestselling brands, supermarkets, coffee shops, and everyone in between, including equipment and ingredient suppliers. If you’re part of this fabulous industry, we want to hear from you!
There are 15 categories to choose from, including the brand-new Bakery Leader of the Year, as well as Baker of the Year, Rising Star Award, and New Bakery Product of the Year (see full list below).
“There are so many incredible benefits to be gleaned from the Baking Industry Awards, opening up a whole new world of opportunities,” commented British Baker editor Amy North. “The entry and judging process offers a chance for reflection – a moment to recognise your achievements so far – while the night itself presents networking opportunities galore and a chance to see your name, your business, your product on the big screen in front a room jam-packed full of industry decision makers and influencers.
“The fun doesn’t stop there,” added North. “Previous winners have benefitted from lucrative press coverage on British Baker, as well as national and local media outlets, increased sales, industry-wider recognition, job offers, and a massive morale boost for staff.”

Following their sell-out success in 2025 which saw 600 people attend, the Baking Industry Awards have a new date and location this year. The black-tie celebration will now take place on Wednesday 25 November at the newly refurbished London Hilton on Park Lane.
