Yes, there absolutely needs to be a legal definition of regenerative agriculture / farming and regulation of 'regen' marketing claims. We all need the guarantee we are getting what we think we are being promised and that the soil / animals / planet / our own health is being protected in the way that marketing states or implies.

Without this protection, cynical, unscrupulous and dishonest companies will profit from greenwashing, undermining the farmers and secondary producers who adhere to much higher, agroecological standards.
