Our expert judges have trawled the ocean of talent in the baking industry over the past few months to select the finalists in nine awards categories.

The winning products, people and businesses will be announced on 5 September at the London Hilton on Park Lane in a glittering ceremony hosted by TV presenter and all-round entertainer Stephen Mulhern. If you haven’t yet booked your tickets, see below for how to do so.
