Drum roll please… British Baker is thrilled to reveal the finalists for the Baking Industry Awards 2023.

“The judges certainly had their work cut out for them this year,” said British Baker editor Amy North. “We heard some truly inspirational stories, ate some exceptional baked goods, and visited some incredible sites which made choosing the 39 finalists a very difficult task.
“I’d like to thank each and every person for entering the awards – it’s been such a privilege to learn about the wonderful people, products, and businesses at the heart of this illustrious industry. I’d also like to thank our sponsors and judges for their continuing support.”

The winners from these 13 categories will be announced at a glamourous black-tie ceremony at the Royal Lancaster in London on Tuesday 7 November 2023. We will also be revealing the lucky person to be honoured with the Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry Award, which is sponsored by Délifrance.
