French bakery specialist Bridor has extended its B’Break range of snacking rolls with two new savoury variants.
The first new addition is a Marinated Tomato & Rosemary roll, which is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The 70g roll is made with a ‘tomato rich’ recipe that features dried, marinated and pureed tomatoes paired with herbs and olive oil.
Also joining the range is a Bacon & Cheese 70g roll, which contains smoked lardons and melted Emmental Swiss cheese.
Bridor describes both as having a thin, crisp crust and soft crumb with a high percentage of inclusions.
The latest additions join four existing flavours – Muesli, Cocoa-Chocolate Chip, Chorizo, and Olives & Rosemary – in the B’Break range, which was launched last year.
Supplied frozen, the range is fully baked and comes packed in units of 40 pieces per box. Bridor added that the products were made with bread dough that “follows the clean label approach”, meaning they are free of preservatives, additives and colourants.
“B’Break has been a real success story for Bridor. These tasty little rolls have been specially developed to satisfy a multitude of snacking occasions. This versatile solution has proved immensely popular, which is why we’re introducing two exciting savoury flavours that are sure to be a big hit with our customers,” said Erwan Inizan, sales director UK, Bridor.
