The Chocolate Kebab House will open in Swansea in June, serving crêpes, churros, waffles and milkshakes.
The menu will also include chocolate shawarma – a sweet pitta crêpe filled with shavings of white and milk chocolate, chocolate sauce and toppings including nuts, fruit and cream, hundreds & thousands and marshmallows.
Founders Simon and Stephanie Mills plan will start work on it this month, with the aim to open in June. Both have previous retail experience; Simon used to run an American Diner and Stephanie runs a hair salon.
Comments on the businesses’ Facebook page are predictably enthusiastic.
Maria Shovelton-Jones said: “Just shut up and take my money! Why are you not on EVERY Welsh high street???”
And Lisa Owen said: “When do you open, when do you open, when do you open?”
