The Tiptree World Bread Awards, in association with Brook Food, is seeking bakers for this year’s competition.
Open for entries from 8 February to 5 September, the awards are running for their sixth year and will include 19 categories.
This year’s judging panel includes more than 100 members of the baking industry, including French chef and baker Richard Bertinet, TV chef Henry Herbert and Dickinson & Morris managing director Stephen Hallam.
Last year’s World Bread Awards attracted 600 entries to the judging day at Westminster Cathedral Hall, London.

- People’s Choice (Online vote)
