The Carford Group’s new Lincoln CTI Countertop impinger oven (1300 Series) has digital controls that allow for easy programming, said the firm.
It is small enough to sit on most commercial countertops, and has a new front-controlled reversible conveyor direction switch.
The CTI also has a 16-inch-wide conveyor belt and a 20-inch baking chamber and can be stacked two high. The impinger allows food to be cooked quickly at a variety of different temperatures.
