Fleming Howden is now offering a range of Moul-Bie products to the Scottish market. The new partnership will mean that a range of traditional flours and mixes, available in 25kg bags, used to create breads such as Campaillou, Campagrain and Campaillette, and produced exclusively in France will be available to bakers in Scotland.

"The full technical expertise and back-up of Moul-Bie is available to any Scottish bakers and there is also the opportunity to take advantage of point-of-sale and merchandise solutions," explained Fleming Howden’s parent company Premier Foods.

To celebrate the launch, it is giving customers the chance to take advantage of a money-saving offer until the end of July: buy any two products and get the third free. The Moul-Bie range includes flours for: Viennoiserie, artisan breads, croissants, brioches and patisserie.
