There are only a few places left for the jointly run Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients and Slattery’s Patissier and Chocolatier bakers’ open day.
Taking place on Tuesday 19 July, at Slattery’s in Manchester, tuition will be given by Unifine’s chef patissier Graham Dunton.
Dunton will be demonstrating new skills and techniques using Unifine’s range of bakery ingredients and newly launched products.
