The Cake & Bake Show hit London’s ExCeL this weekend (6-8 October) showcasing the UK’s baking industry with celebrity experts, Bake Off alumni and sugar craft demonstrations.
The show also included a ‘Best of British’ Cake Competition, with themes ranging from food and drink to famous landmarks, monarchs, their pets and even literary classics. Other beautiful creations were displayed in the sugar craft area. Here are some of the highlights:
