British Baker - BIA 2025 - Awards Ceremony - 1

After a sell-out event this year, British Baker is thrilled to announce a new date and venue for the Baking Industry Awards 2026 which will allow it to continue on its growth journey.

The black-tie celebration will now take place next year on Wednesday 25 November at the newly refurbished London Hilton on Park Lane.

The Baking Industry Awards have been growing consistently since returning after the pandemic with the 2025 event selling out weeks in advance, meaning a record 600 people attended on the night. The ceremony saw 14 winners crowned, including Gail’s, Wildfarmed, and Geary’s Bakeries to name a few.

“We’ve absolutely loved our events at the Royal Lancaster, but it is time for us to move to pastures new,” explains British Baker editor Amy North. “We are thrilled to have found a new five-star home to help us celebrate the best the baking industry has to offer.

“Moving to the London Hilton on Park Lane will allow us to continue growing this prestigious event while maintaining the high standards and fabulous experience our guests have come to expect.”

Entries will be open in the spring via the Baking Industry Awards website, with categories including Baker of the Year, Bakery Retailer of the Year, and Sustainability Initiative of the Year, as we shine a spotlight on the incredible people, products, and businesses the industry has to offer.

For now, mark your calendars for Wednesday 25 November 2026. We can’t wait to see you there.
