It is nearly time for British Baker to reveal the finalists for the 2025 Baking Industry Awards.
As in previous years, we’ll be revealing them over the course of a week, with the finalists for the first categories to be announced at midday on Monday 4 August.
“Every year I think ‘the standard of entries can’t get any better’, and every year I am wrong,” said British Baker editor Amy North. “In their search for the best people, products, and businesses the baking industry has to offer, our esteemed judges have been across the UK to undertake site visits, hold in-depth interviews, and taste an incredible array of baked goods.
“The quality of entrants continues to amaze me, meaning our judges have had to make some very tough decisions,” North added. “I hope you will join us in celebrating our finalists and their achievements as we build up to the big day in October.”
