Retail bakery chain Muffin Break has unveiled the Eton Mess Muffin and Eton Mess Muffin Shake to its Curious Creations range.
Freshly baked in-store, the Eton Mess Muffin comprises strawberry pieces and strawberry jam, which is topped with marshmallow and meringue. Meanwhile, the Eton Mess Muffin Shake has been created by blending muffin with fresh ice cream and strawberry syrup.
To tie in with the Wimbledon tennis championships, the chain has put its own twist on the new additions, nicknaming them the ‘Mixed Doubles’.
Gemma Sandells, marketing manager for Muffin Break, said the Curious Creations range continues to grow in popularity.
“Following previous Curious Creations, such as the ‘Hot Cross Muffin’, and the Peanut Butter, Banana and Caramel Muffin, we hope our customers will enjoy our very own Mixed Doubles champions: the Eton Mess Muffin and Eton Mess Muffin Shake,” said Sandells.

Muffin Break launched the Curious Creations concept in February 2017, which will bring a new muffin every month for a limited time only.
