Warburtons has baked up a fresh batch of new products for its ’Our Dough and tiger bread ranges.
The new additions comprise a Tiger Bloomer with Sourdough (RRP £2) and Tiger Rolls (RRP £1.90) said to bring a ‘delicious twist and satisfying, premium crunch to the daily lunchbox and midweek meals’. Also being added are ’Our Dough Thin Bagels (RRP £1.85) and ’Our Dough Soft White Rolls (RRP £1.90) said to make ‘sourdough more accessible for everyday family life’.
The Tiger Bloomer will be available in Tesco from 31 August followed by a wider listing in other retailers come September. The bagels hit shelves on 31 August in major retailers, while both of the rolls will land on 20 September.

There’s been lots of sourdough NPD of late, including a Fibre loaf from Jason’s Sourdough and sliced sourdough from Jacksons of Yorkshire.
“For 150 years, our family business has been passionate about making the best quality bakery products for the nation’s families,” said Jonathan Warburton, chairman of Warburtons.
“This year, we’re celebrating that heritage by looking forward, innovating to meet the changing tastes of consumers and introducing our biggest ever raft of new products. We are particularly excited to have entered new categories with our Brioche Rolls and Buns, as well as significantly enhancing our Gluten-Free range, and expanding the popular sourdough across more of our portfolio. 150-years is a significant milestone for us, and it’s only fitting that we celebrate by giving our customers more of the quality and innovation they expect from our brand.”

The new product launches demonstrate the continued long-term growth of both product ranges, and commitment to investing in innovation by the 150-year-old family business, Warburtons said.
This year it has already launched several new products including a range of flatbreads, pizza crumpets, protein bagels and frozen toasties, and announced over £100m investment in new bakeries, distribution hubs and new product lines to further support the business’ future growth. This included the acquisition of the former Rathbones site.
A strong NPD strategy was credited as a contributor to Warburtons success in its recent accounts, as the Bolton-headquartered business reported a 3.8% rise in turnover to £769.9m and a 30% leap in operating profit to £43.2m for the 52 weeks ended 27 September 2025.
