Telford-based i2r Packaging Solutions has expanded its range of tulip muffin wraps to include both stepped and micro sizes.
The company said the move follows increased demand for its baking products, which include greaseproof papers.
The stepped wraps, where the top of the wrap is larger to accommodate more ingredients and expansion in the muffin itself, and the micro muffin wraps are available in printed sheet and coloured options using Forest Stewardship Council-accredited paper. They come in sizes ranging from 80x80x30mm to 175x175x50mm in pack quantities of 4,800 for the smaller sizes ranging down to 1,800 for the larger types.
Guy Rowledge, i2r’s business development manager – baking, said “The launch of our tulip muffin wraps has been fantastic with a number of key supply contracts being secured in the UK and export markets. We continue to work closely with our customers to look at new products and grow this exciting part of our business.”
i2r’s new baking division was launched in April at this year’s Farm Shop & Deli Show at the Birmingham NEC.
