Knot Artisan Coffee and Pretzel bakery has opened a fourth site in London’s Victoria station.

Specialising in craft pretzels, the bakery now fuels four shops in London – the other three are at Clapham Junction, Richmond station and Kingston Ancient Market - and co-founder Vincent Pierrot said he planned to open a further three to five over the next 18 months.

Pierrot said the bakery would be looking for sites from 300sq ft large, and hinted that these may also be in travel locations around the capital.

Pierrot said “We’re so excited to be opening Knot in central London and look forward to serving up our unique recipe pretzels to commuters. We really like the station environment and believe we can offer something more interesting for those on the move.”

The business was first set up in 2011 by husband and wife duo Irina and Vincent Pierrot, at the Ancient Market in Kingston. It now operates out of a bakery in south London.

The pretzel bakers use butter, cane sugar, and flour from Shipton Mill to make the products- and create a variety of flavours from cinnamon to smoked bacon. Other varieties include chorizo and emmental, lavender sugar and roasted hazelnut.
