Vita Mojo has become the latest point-of-sale (POS) software to integrate with Cybake’s bakery management system.
The new integration allows for sales and waste data captured by Vita Mojo’s POS to flow seamlessly into Cybake’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, enabling its forecasting engine to calculate exactly how many of each product retail bakeries need in their shops each day. This ensures that businesses using both systems benefit from optimal product availability while keeping waste tightly under control, noted Cybake.
Software from London-based Vita Mojo is trusted by UK food and drink brands including bakery chains such as Gail’s and Wenzel’s. With tools covering digital ordering, back-of-house efficiency, and POS, the system empowers operators to respond to real-time customer demand and preferences.
Vita Mojo chief revenue officer Danna Gurbaxani described the integration with Cybake as a powerful example of how connected systems can unlock real operational gains for retail bakers. “By combining our strengths, we’re helping operators make smarter, data-led decisions that cut waste, improve profitability and run smarter, more efficient businesses,” she commented.
Ali Lyons, who recently took over the role of managing director at Cybake from founder Jane Tyler, said the company was currently working on some key customer projects with Vita Mojo and scoping out more for the future. “Vita Mojo develops impressive, forward-thinking technology which has quickly gained traction with retail bakers in the UK. We like the company’s collaborative approach to development,” she added.
Businesses using Cybake’s bakery management software span the length and breadth of the UK, ranging from southeast chain Cavan Bakery, northeast retailer Cooplands, Freedom Bakery in Glasgow, Welsh manufacturer Brace’s Bakery, and Northern Ireland’s Bertie’s Bakery. The software developer – founded in York in 1998 – has previously announced integrations with Square POS, Cunningham’s Quantum EPOS, and restaurant ordering app Rekki.
Last month, Cybake added a new traceability module to its ERP system that enables fast product recalls and audits.
