Bradfords Bakers
Scotland-based Bradfords Bakers has launched a host of Valentine’s goodies, from cupcakes to hampers.
The Belgian Chocolate Rose Cupcakes (£16.90/box of six) are made from a light Madeira sponge or rich chocolate cake. Topped with swirls of Belgian chocolate ganache or salted caramel frosting, they are hand decorated with Belgian chocolate flakes, raspberry crumble, cappuccino pearls, toffee crunch or tangy fruit purees.
For breakfast in bed, couples can try the Breakfast Tea Tray (£24.90). The selection, which is presented on a re-usable wooden tray, includes flaky croissants, white chocolate and raspberry muffins, breakfast tea bags, Columbian medium roast coffee, strawberry jam and marmalade.
Lovers can show their fun side with freshly baked ring doughnuts. Called Do-Nutty About You (£14.90/box of nine), they are dipped in white, milk or strawberry chocolate and decorated with a Valentine’s face or finished with chocolate shavings. Consumers can also personalise three doughnuts with a Valentine’s message.
Each treat comes with a card so shoppers can add a personalised note.
