This quick and cheerful oval ganache-layered Easter cake, by Paul Bradford of the Sugarcraft School, is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, featuring a fun spring scene in pastels with a roll call of sugarpaste rabbits, ducks, eggs and daffodils.
Paul’s passion for cake decorating comes from his gran and he went to Telford College to learn bakery and cake design. He has appeared on television several times and has had theopportunity to make cakes for celebrities, such as the Bee Gees, famous footballers and royalty - both here in the UK, as well as for Prince Albert of Monaco. He was also the founder owner of Truly Scrumptious Designer Cakes and now helps out as a consultant. But in 2011, Paul changed his focus from creating designer wedding cakes and birthday cakes to teaching how to make them via his cake decorating courses and tutorials.
