Muffin Break expands bakery range

Muffin Break has expanded its range with three new paninis and a limited-edition muffin.

Available now for £4.40 each, the panini range comprises goat’s cheese & roasted red pepper; Wiltshire ham & mature Cheddar with mustard mayonnaise; and chicken, chorizo & roasted red pepper (pictured right).

The chain said it has also improved the ingredients in its popular paninis such as mozzarella, tomato & basil and chicken tikka raita. 

As well as the paninis, Muffin Break has added a new variant to its Muffin Lab range: the limited-edition Espresso Choc Walnut muffin.

Available until 5 February for £2.40, the muffin features a mocha centre and is already proving to be a popular choice with consumers, according to the chain.

“We are always looking for ways to improve our in-store ranges, as well as introduce new and exciting combinations to our menus,” said Muffin Break UK operations manager Michael Johnson. 

“From listening to our customers and franchise holders, we are sure the new paninis will be popular permanent additions.  Our Muffin Lab continues to develop delicious new and innovative recipes to add to our 200-strong muffin range.”
