Filled flatbreads inspired by global cuisines, collaborations with plant-based brand Bosh!, and an array of indulgent sweet treats have been unveiled by Costa for its summer 2024 menu.
Alongside the new items, Costa is also bringing back the Orange & Raspberry Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Cornflake Cake, Triple Chocolate Muffin, and Belgian Chocolate Chunk Cookie.
“We’re ready for Summer at Costa Coffee and excited to unveil our new food menu, which celebrates the vibrant flavours of the season and showcases our commitment to innovation and quality,” said Naomi Matthews, food innovation director UK & Ireland at Costa Coffee.
“From savoury flatbreads inspired by global cuisines to tempting new fresh and sweet plant-based products created in collaboration with the talents at Bosh! – there’s something available to delight every taste bud this summer.”
Here is what the nation’s largest coffee chain has in store for the warmer months:
Chicken Shawarma Flatbread
Shredded shawarma chicken, creamy garlic yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce are topped with tangy pink pickled onions and spinach, all nestled in a harissa spiced flatbread.
Tandoori Spiced Bhaji Flatbread
Aromatic tandoori-spiced bhajis, cucumber, and red onion raita dressing are topped with sweet mango chutney and fresh spinach before being wrapped in a garlic & herb flatbread.
Triple Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake
Combining the classic brownie with the added indulgence of cheesecake, this sweet treat sees a biscuit base topped with baked vanilla batter and chocolate brownie dough balls. The dessert is finished with a layer of chocolate fudge sauce and a sprinkle of chocolate biscuit crumbs.
Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap
This chilli infused wrap is packed with roast chicken breast with a vibrant slaw mix of edamame beans, shredded carrot, and cabbage. It’s finished with a sweet chilli sauce and with crisp lettuce.
Fab Falafel & Houmous Wrap
Crafted in collaboration with plant-based brand Bosh!, this vegan wrap combines spinach & pine kernel falafels with spiced chutney and houmous, accompanied by pink pickled onions for a tang.
Gingernut Loaf Cake
Another collaboration with Bosh!, this vegan loaf cake features a blend of warm spices with a ginger frosting. It’s topped with a ginger biscuit crumb.
Bubble Frappe Gingerbread Biscuit

Sunny Shortcake Biscuit
This sunny shortcake biscuit is topped with coloured fondant icing designed to embody the warmer weather.
